From June to July 2021 we conducted a survey among all Elise Richter grantees. We collected positions on and envisioned impacts of the Austrian UG Amendment. Topics included career trajectories, employment histories, career barriers, envisioned impact of the §109 chain contract rule, experiences and visions for institutional career development, and the impacts of Covid-19 on research projects.
