The focus of my research is on catchment hydrology and our changing environment. I examine the impacts of anthropogenic change, such as agricultural land use change in combination with climate change, on surface water quality. I develop modelling approaches to quantify the N, P and sediment transport from cropland into water bodies. I examine field management practices that can be adaptation strategies for farmers to achieve a reduction in the nutrient loads in water ways.
