Together with the European Commission Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (DG RTD), the Austrian Federal Ministry of Women, Science and Research is hosting an event on Research Careers at University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten, from May 22 to 23, 2025.

On May 22, the European Commission will disseminate the results of the Policy Support Facility (PSF) Mutual Learning Exercise on Research Careers. Expect interesting insights from discussions with experts and Member States on how to create attractive conditions for interoperable, intersectoral, and interdisciplinary research careers in Europe.

The next day, on May 23, you are invited to think about how to empower research careers. Researchers as well as research institutions will share their perspectives on attractive environments for research careers. Furthermore, framework conditions for attractive intersectoral careers will be discussed.
