The Netzwerk Unterbau Wissenschaft<\/em> invites everyone interested to a discussion event on April 3 at 6:30 PM<\/strong> at the FAKtory<\/strong>. Julia Partheym\u00fcller<\/strong> will present the results of our Austria-wide NUWiss study<\/strong> , which included participation from over 2,000 mid-level academic staff at Austrian universities. The study highlights the dire situation of mid-level faculty in Austria and the widespread negative consequences of the amendment to \u00a7109 of the University Act (UG) (2021)<\/strong>, backed by strong empirical data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the presentation, there will be a panel discussion<\/strong> to address the root causes of the situation and explore possible solutions. The panel will include perspectives from those affected, as well as from employee and employer representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
