The results show that parents and children benefit from both parents&#8217; uptake of parental leave, but that there are challenges in realizing this due to a lack of role models.<br><br>Gerlinde Mauerer is head of the research \u2018Gender and family in motion. Parental arrangements\u2019 (Elise Richter Nr.
